Turns out finding JUST the vest is really impossible as far as I can see, unless I'm missing something. I'd actually be looking for it more as something I'd actually wear in daily life than to a convention as part of a costume (though it would be a bonus if I decided to dress up as Cloud and go for the whole outfit if I already had the very-difficult-to-nail-down sleeveless turtleneck vest he is wearing in Advent Children.
